Turks and Caicos Safari is a company licensed in the Turks and Caicos under Business Licensing Ordinance section 22 (1), license #4766 has been doing business in the Turks and Caicos Islands for over 23 years . Turks and Caicos Safari has an agreement with the owner, or their representative ,for every villa presented on this website to represent the home for short term vacation rental. 

 

Villas offered by Turks and Caicos Safari are individually owned and managed. Most properties are managed by licensed, property management firms. Those few not managed by a property management firm, are managed by the owners themselves who live and work on island. Most of the property management firms we work with: provide representatives who meet you at the airport and escort you to your villa; provide an orientation of the villa; are available during the course of your stay to resolve problems at the property; and coordinate maids, and other services. Turks and Caicos Safari acts as your liaison with the property manager or owner to ensure that all your needs are addressed.

 

All villas listed on this website have been inspected by Turks and Caicos Safari and meet our recommended standards in appearance and minimum inventory requirements consistent with the description and price range.
